The second day after we had our litter!
Dakota went to the other end of the cage, presumably to eat some food and in the process knocked two pinkies out of the pile. Took a quick photo before she came and carried them back in.
 Dakota is 20 days into her pregnancy today, and I'm expecting her to pop tomorrow! Judging from her size she's going to have a fair few pups... 12 I would say? Fingers crossed everything goes well for her!
We also got the retired mice a new wheel today, so their getting exercise again. Its a Critters Choice hamster wheel (Mesh, not ideal but all their was- plus its small mess so there wont be any broken bones). Happy mice! In other pet news I got two new degu's, have four now! Two agouti and two blue ^^ Sunday 11th August 2013- Placed Dakota and Aztec together in a large bin cage today. Got on well- alot of squeaking says Dakota is now expecting! I'll leave Aztec in there until the 16th day. Also placed Crow with Inca. I'm thinking about keeping a male from Dakota's litter and breeding him with Crow.
